1. Basic knowledge of MS-Office
2. Good communication skill and teamwork spirit;
3. Strong sense of responsibility and patient personality;
1. Contract processing including sales order creation in SAP.
2. Follow up contract delivery schedule and arrange the shipment accordingly, including picking & packing etc.
3. Track receivables and coordinate with customers to push for the payment.
4. Apply for invoice according to contract and send invoice to customer.
5. Support on documentation filing
6. Regular report the on time delivery status.
